breakfast buffet family room extra cost tea access

the included breakfast buffet was very nice i liked the fact the bathroom had a tub and a shower it made things easier for our family of four the location is also convenient for trains and different foods.

there was no kettle or access to tea or coffee in the room it cost extra to get a cup downstairs there was no free facility to leave your bag before checking in to your room that felt unusual.

a gem in meatpacking district

great breakfast waffle machines friendly staff

the breakfast was something. it was probably the best i ever experienced in a hotel, for real. i loved they had waffle machines where i made my own waffles, it was so fun. the staff was friendly too, and they had many good food options.

i wish there was coffee in the room. there wasn't kettle or coffee which was too bad. i had to get it from downstairs and it was an extra charge.

this spot is very close to everything. it sits right behind the meatpacking district. a metro station is near, maybe seven minutes if you walk. it is not far from the main city center.

The staff provided a wheelchair. Staff also filled ice bags several times for me. They helped me figure out which ER to go to.

The hotel missed cleaning my room. The bath towels felt rough and thin. There were dried old stains on the bed sides when I checked in.

ideal location convenient rental excellent breakfast helpful staff

i found the location ideal near many restaurants and bars! the hotel provided convenient bike rentals. i appreciated the excellent breakfast that had many options. the staff was also very helpful during check-in.

The minibar bill had a slight error. I was charged for an item i did not use.
